New York City.

 

We are living in a time where men are more connected than ever—yet many feel increasingly disconnected from themselves, their communities, and one another.

 

Male loneliness and emotional disconnection continue to impact the well-being of men across our society.

 

We exist to change that.

 

This isn't therapy. This is brotherhood.

This July, I KNEW THEN: INTENTIONAL MEN kicks-off in New York City—beginning with one curated experience designed to bring men together in a way most spaces never do.  

 

Each month, one intentional gathering. Curated with purpose. Designed to foster genuine connection, personal growth and real brotherhood.

 

From movement and wellness experiences to cultural outings, creative workshops, and community gatherings, every experience includes:

 

• An intentional arrival reflection

• The experience itself

• A closing reflection and opportunity for connection

 

Attend the experiences that resonate with you. Each gathering is an opportunity to connect, grow, and strengthen brotherhood.
