Held once a month on Fridays, each gathering offers the chance to slow down, check in, and reflect with men who understand what it means to carry a lot and still show up strong. Through guided reflection, storytelling, and group connection, we reclaim vulnerability as strength and build each other up in a world that too often tells us to stay silent.
